Commercial Domestic Investigations is looking for Sales Management Executives to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in becoming a market leader within the B2B commercial debt recovery sector.
As a Sales Management Executive, you will be proactively selling membership subscriptions to business customers. You will be provided with 8-12 warm leads each day passed over via our in-house Telesales team. These leads have been prequalified for their interest in our services.
This role will involve engaging with business owners/directors to negotiate the benefits of our services to their businesses.
Commercial Domestic Investigations specialise in helping our clients to evaluate credit risk, establish payment terms, and recover outstanding debts. Our specialised service ensures our clients maintain financial stability and a strong cash flow, mitigating the impact of unpaid invoices and bad debt losses in their operations.
Having been established in Sunderland for over 30 years, we are expanding our established Sales Management Executive team at our new site opposite Hylton Riverside Retail Park.
We are looking for Sales Management Executives who will be responsible for:
* Providing product guidance, negotiating pricing requirements within defined parameters and agreeing subscription terms with customers, remaining aware of profit margins.
* Managing your own sales pipeline.
* Liaising with business owners, directors, and key decision makers.
* Working towards and achieving sales targets.
* Understanding relevant business regulations/legislation relating to the Insolvency Act 1986 and Commercial Debt Regulations.
* Carrying out business reviews for potential customers.
* Conducting outbound sales calls, adapting your approach to suit your potential customer and their business requirements.
* Listening actively and using your objection-handling skills to ensure positive outcomes are reached for customers.
* Securely managing customer documentation.
* Maintaining excellent customer service levels.
* Securely taking customers' payments.
To succeed within the role of Sales Management Executive, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills/experience:
* Experience working in an outbound telephone-based role (ideally within the credit control/debt collection sector).
* Demonstrable ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to identify and sell new opportunities.
* Exceptional communication and listening skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Strong resilience, with an expectation of working to weekly/monthly collections targets.
* Desire and hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business.
* Managing sales pipeline and prioritising assigned leads.

* £22,308 basic salary with uncapped monthly commission structure (£28K-£32K realistic OTE in first year).
