The opportunity
University of the Arts London is looking for an Admissions Officer to join the team on a full-time and permanent basis.
You will be part of the University’s Admissions Service and will be based at High Holborn, but you may be required to work across the Service at different sites or work from home. You will facilitate the admissions process for a portfolio of courses across Further Education and Higher Education courses ensuring a connected and seamless approach for prospective students throughout their applicant journey.
You will be expected to contribute to providing a high-quality admissions service to prospective students and academic decision makers in accordance with agreed standards.
About you
Educated to A-Level standard or with equivalent relevant experience, you will bring to the role significant admissions administrative experience in a Higher Education environment, making use of databases and Microsoft Office applications.
You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative and creativity with an eye for detail. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
Minimum Requirements
1. Significant admissions administrative experience in a Higher Education environment.
2. Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing.
