Salary: Basic £24,000 - £25,000 + Monthly Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for a well-established business in Bromsgrove to join the team and help drive growth! Duties Will Include:
1. Develop and maintain a portfolio of loyal customers, building long-term relationships.
2. Identify new sales opportunities.
3. Effectively upsell the business product range.
4. Proactively introduce new catalogues.
5. Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from new and existing clients.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Skills and Experience Needed:
1. Proven experience in a similar sales, telesales, or account management role.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
3. A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities.
4. Dynamic, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed.
