The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who is able to build excellent stakeholder relationships.

Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 5.5 hours, 37.5 hour week

Job Description
1. Provide day to day advice and guidance to line managers and staff
2. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support with recruitment
3. Employee onboarding, creating contracts, reference checks and new starter inductions
4. Employee relations, supporting with case work, leading meetings and note taking
5. People systems and data, ensuring all data is up to date and making informed decisions based on this
6. Learning and development, communications and employee engagement
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1. Experience working as a HR Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
2. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to build strong stakeholder relationships
3. Organised and a self-starter
