Service Now Senior Solution Architect (Permanent)
As a ServiceNow Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading scoping, design, development, and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world-class ServiceNow-based solutions.
Skills required:
1. 7+ years of experience and platform knowledge with a track record of delivering advisory services to a wide scope of areas such as Banking, Insurance, and public sector clients.
2. Must be experienced in the overall ServiceNow platform with key skills around CSDM/CMDB.
3. A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget as a Solution Architect.
4. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
5. Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 product suite.
6. Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
7. Strong expertise in Scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
8. Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
9. Experience with agile and traditional software and project methodologies.
10. Proficiency in programming languages, operating systems, and relevant software.
11. Extensive experience in business solutions, with a focus on CSDM/CMDB roles.
12. In-depth knowledge of the business environment, industry trends, and competitor products and services.
13. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, support personnel, and management.
14. Willingness to travel as required.
You will need to have the ability to work from home and to travel to client locations for meetings and workshops or work on client sites for periods where required.
