We’re looking for a dedicated SEND teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Charles Warren Academy.
You’re someone who’ll be able to:
* Join our specialist provision based in our school for children with Autism and/or Social Communication Difficulties.
* Use positive behaviour management strategies and motivate children to learn and enjoy school.

You’re someone who has:
* Experience of supporting children in primary education.
* Experience in the use of visual strategies to support children with communication needs.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teaching assistants.
* A desire to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people.

Salary: NJC 5 - 9, £24,790 - £26,409 (actual), £18,645 - £19,863 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits.
