As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Marketing and Communications Manager to support the business executing the Marketing Strategy plan. To ensure that all communications and activities mirror the brand standards through all channels. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Executive will bring to life the creative vision of Broadwick Soho and its array of enchanting spaces, including Flute rooftop bar, Dear Jackie restaurant, Bar Jackie café & restaurant, The Nook (our exclusive guest-only lounge), and a chic private dining room. From dynamic seasonal campaigns to immersive experiences, this role is critical to shaping our story across every touchpoint. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. Your Role Creative Content Creation: Craft visually captivating promotional materials for the hotel, restaurant, and bar using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools. Asset Organization: Maintain and organize a centralized library of all marketing assets, including photography, videography, graphics, logos, and brand guidelines. Sales Support: Equip the sales team with bespoke collateral that reflects our brand's unique flair. Compelling Copywriting: Update website content and create engaging email campaigns that resonate with our audience. Email Marketing & CRM – Help developing and managing segmented email marketing campaigns to target different audiences effectively (e.g., leisure travellers, corporate clients, local diners). Help maintaining and growing a database of guests and contacts, ensuring GDPR compliance. Media and PR Support: Assist with press visits and ensure our story shines through in every interaction. Local Collaborations: Foster partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive footfall to our F&B outlets, creating meaningful Soho-inspired experiences. Campaign Analysis: Manage the promotional calendar and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous refinement and success. Event Coordination: Oversee and contribute to curated events – think live music, art talks, and food takeovers – all designed to build our community and expand our database. Social media: Elevate our online presence by driving engagement, growing our following, and amplifying brand awareness. Photography: Support hotel photoshoots and manage internal communication to bring our spaces and stories to life visually. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, revenue management, and operations to ensure marketing initiatives align with our overall business objectives. What do we need from you? A minimum of 1 year in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality sector Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Experience with CRM platforms and email campaign building. Familiarity with cloud storage platform including Dropbox and Onedrive. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure.
