What You’ll Be Doing: As an Driving Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take on a 360-recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment cycle: Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate business opportunities. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring we meet their staffing needs. Candidate Attraction: Source, screen, and match candidates to appropriate roles using various channels. Booking Management: Oversee bookings for temporary and permanent placements, ensuring smooth operations. Team Support: During peak times, you’ll receive additional resourcing support to keep your desk running smoothly.
