The Opportunity

1. Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
2. Completing relevant paperwork
3. Undertaking household tasks
4. Engaging our occupants in tasks and activities

The Location
Options Autism is recruiting for an Adult Support Worker to join our team at Options Pen Y Bryn. Our residential home provides high-quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities. This role is ideal for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.
Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. In a residential environment, we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
The home is based in Flintshire and within commutable distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester, and surrounding areas.
