What We Offer: Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) 3-month commission plan (£40 per sat outbound appointments and £20 per sat inbound appointment) potential to achieve fantastic OTE Great Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and inclusive work culture Remote or hybrid working with offices based in Chester or Glasgow - Depending on location What you’ll be doing Building upon our proven success in 2023, we see a significant potential for expanding our achievements through this sales channel, with Business Development Executive playing a pivotal part in this initiative. As Business Development Executive you will collaborate with your managers to understand the needs of potential clients, spotting opportunities, and coordinating both remote and occasional in-person sales meetings for our field sales team to maximise revenue from WorkNest products and services. You'll also identify opportunities where WorkNest can provide tangible value to prospective businesses and secure appointments for the Field Sales Team to facilitate the closure of new business opportunities. You'll earn commissions for successfully closed appointments. Additionally, you'll share market insights and competitor behaviour feedback with the Campaign Managers, contact senior decision-makers through phone calls, and execute marketing plans. You will be solely responsible for meeting the target of securing high-quality appointments for the field sales team while ensuring efficient diary management. Your performance should surpass sales revenue goals, opportunity generation targets, and the KPIs set by the business.
