An opportunity has arisen within the primary and community respiratory service for an Administration Team Leader who is highly motivated and has energy, drive, and commitment to their work. The post will be based in Llanarth house but outreach to other community sites as required.
The post holder will have supervisory responsibilities for a small team of admin staff reporting to them, including undertaking regular appraisals, sickness management, and performance management.
We require someone who has exceptional organisational and communication skills and a friendly, flexible, and professional approach. The post holder must also have excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, and proactive.
The post holder will work closely with the Respiratory Operational Manager and take key responsibility for waiting list management of the service, in addition to supporting with the oxygen contract monitoring. Working knowledge of Excel, ESR, the Myrddin system, CWS, and Medsecs is essential, but additional training can be given.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of developing and managing efficient administration processes and teams. Excellent computer skills are vital to this post as it provides administrative support to the Respiratory Operational Manager in setting up and managing both patient and staffing-related files and databases.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
