Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, analytical and people focussed Referrals Administrator with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly Referrals team in Coventry (hybrid working). This role is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week but we are open to discuss more flexible options. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £25,600 per annum, this is inclusive of the April 2025 pay increase. Assist in ensuring that placements of housing referrals consider risk, needs and best fit, as well as income maximisation. Provide information to referrers and potential clients in relation to the process to be followed in order to progress a referral to the Trust. Process requests for referrals information pack.
