The Role The successful candidate will: Provide tailored 1:1 support to a student with complex SEND needs. Assist in managing emotional and behavioral challenges, creating a safe and nurturing learning environment. Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement personalized learning strategies. Foster strong relationships, building trust and encouraging engagement in education. The Ideal Candidate Essential: Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those who require high levels of support. A patient, understanding, and committed approach to supporting vulnerable students. Strong communication and behavior management skills. A full-time, long-term commitment to providing consistency and stability.
