What we can offer Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry across renewables and emerging energy sectors Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion ; we are an organisation actively committed to diversity and inclusion across our business Global connections; join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our profession Responsibilities Safety and Compliance: Prioritize personal safety and adhere to the Wood HSE processes Work in accordance with Wood's Quality Assurance systems and processes Planning and Control: Act as the focal point for planning activities related to specific project scopes Develop and maintain planning control structures aligned with the approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Utilize appropriate scheduling software to create and manage baseline project plans and schedules Monitor and control planning activities throughout the project lifecycle Collaboration and Reporting: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction teams, and external parties to stay informed about project activities, their status, and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements Prepare and provide TAR schedules and progress/performance status reports as per project reporting requirements Update project plans, schedules, and manpower requirements as necessary Assess and communicate the schedule impact of change notifications Monitor overall project progress, major milestones, and analyse project performance against planned targets Attend internal project progress and performance status meetings Qualifications Significant demonstrable experience in the petrochemical TAR/ Shutdown Demonstrable proven experience in Turnaround and Project Planning Fully conversant in planning, scheduling and project control techniques Strong communication skills are essential The ability to work with limited supervision, be self-driven to deliver and confident to approach people to gather information is essential Proven experience in coordinating the development of multi-discipline plans, acting as the focal point and driving teams towards fully optimised plans Proven experience in analysing plans and reporting key information to stakeholders
