Overview
At Substance to Solution (S2S), we strive to ensure our hub is a warm and welcoming environment. As a reception and admin support volunteer, you will be the first point of contact within the service, greeting our visitors promptly in a friendly and courteous manner.
Duties for the post include dealing with initial queries, notifying staff that their client has arrived for an appointment, coordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community, recording feedback from clients, and various admin-type duties.
