As Facility Coordinator (WCC), you will provide support within the WCC team and play a vital part in the delivery of a defined scope of works covering an allocated function/facility area, assisting the Asset Operations management team in ensuring maximised availability of assets for programme demanders. As a Facility Coordinator (WCC) you will be integral in delivering the following activities: Accountable for escalation of significant issues to the area Team leader WCC and the Manager WCC, where necessary. Ensure the correct management, completion, and close-out of tasks within agreed timescales. Maintain adequate and accurate documentation to support the coordination of activities and compliance with Company Safety Instructions and Facility requirements. To promote the requirements of the relevant LCs and MSPs with service providers and other appropriate stakeholders. To obtain and retain designated Competency/SQEP assessment levels for the WCC function and any other local area training / capability requirements. Confirm that work has been de-conflicted, that where required facility pre-start checks have been undertaken, and that hand-back is completed and correctly documented. Operate appropriate record keeping systems within the WCC associated with the control of work, inspections, facility status logs, task logs etc. Maintain the visitor access database for staff entering the Controlled Area.
