Salary: BASIC CIRCA £70-80K PLUS GENEROUS COMMISSION PACKAGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Our client is one of the UK's largest labour supply agency/training providers and they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team working alongside some of the largest civil engineering projects throughout the Midlands.
Client relationships are massively important and are embraced across all regions, leading to our client working with more clients nationwide than any other construction recruitment agency.
This is a well-established office and you will have the chance to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and dedicated resourcers, providing all the support needed to get your desk up and running in no time.
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will have the ability to open doors with new business as well as manage existing contracts, match the requirements of their clients and candidates, ensure exceptional quality, tailored recruitment solutions, and deliver individual revenue targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. A background in Construction is essential; you must have worked in a similar role within this industry.
2. A self-starter attitude is essential; you must be able to use your own initiative and be resourceful.
3. Client entertainment is a big part of their company culture; you should be flexible and willing to attend events/meetings.
4. You must have a can-do and positive attitude; an outgoing personality will thrive in this role.
5. Must be confident and possess a very strong telephone manner; you should be comfortable speaking on the phone to people at all levels.
6. Your personal skills must be very strong, with the confidence to build rapport with unfamiliar people quickly.
7. You must have a full driving license.
8. As you will be working with large amounts of sensitive data, you must be aware of current GDPR and information sensitivity laws.
9. Strong IT skills are required, and you should be a well-presented and enthusiastic individual.
This position comes with a car plus a very strong package.
