We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding experiences for our guests. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of 111 by Modou. You’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee customer service standards, manage financial targets, and ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. You’ll bring both operational expertise and a passion for hospitality, setting the tone for our team and embodying our brand’s values. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and inspire the team to consistently deliver high-quality service. Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, stock management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture, ensuring the team is motivated and engaged. Manage customer relationships and ensure guest satisfaction. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to uphold the quality and presentation standards of all dishes. The ideal candidate: Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-quality restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
