Your Role as Head of Operations In this pivotal year, as a Head of Operations you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and compliant delivery of our services. You will oversee the implementation of new contracts, monitor operational performance, and lead improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This leadership role also involves driving transformation initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring that all services meet regulatory and contractual standards. This is a permanent contract, working 36.25 hours per week What You Will Bring: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. At least 3 years’ experience in operational management in a customer environment at a senior level. Strong experience in managing teams, driving performance improvement, and the ability to analyse and problem solve to make effective decisions. Demonstrable ability to write business cases, and produce clear reports to support decision-making. Experience in capacity planning, workforce management, and delivering services within budget.
