We are now recruiting on behalf of a fantastic company in Andover who are seeking an additional sales and service advisor to join their busy team!
The role of telesales advisor is a permanent, full-time and office-based position in Andover. Monday-Friday (Apply online only) with a salary of £28,000 and generous monthly bonuses. This would result in earning up to an extra £6,000 per year.
The position of Telesales Advisor involves contacting approx. 40-50 customers per day. These are not “cold calls” as you will be speaking with customers who have made an online enquiry and will be expecting your call!
We seek an individual who has a professional approach, friendly demeanour, and tenacity, who is happy to chat to valued customers and convert leads into sales.
To be considered for the position of Customer Service Telesales Advisor, you will have the following skills and experience:
1. Have worked within a contact centre environment or similar
2. Previous experience of working in a telesales/sales role
3. Fantastic telephone manner - ability to speak with people on all levels
4. You are a team player and thrive on working with others
5. Good IT skills
6. Enjoy working to targets
