LEVEL 3 SEN Teaching Assistant Required
We are in need of a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our SEN partner schools for a permanent/full-time role in the Cambridge area.
This school specializes in providing education for children and young people from Early years through to Post-16 with complex mental and physical health needs.
Expectations of role:
1. Build and preserve supportive relations with both individual students and small groups to ensure they have a good understanding and can achieve tasks.
2. Take responsibility for providing learning activities to both individuals and groups, modifying the teaching strategy in accordance with the agreement reached with the main teacher.
3. Encourage students to participate in activities and communicate and collaborate with others.
4. Engage in collaborative work and seek out chances to collaborate with others, sharing the creation of successful practices with them.
5. Be in charge of advancing and protecting the well-being of the students and youth at the school.
