You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless rollout, while training and upskilling the internal HR Technology team to maintain and manage the system effectively. As a Dayforce System Implementation Lead, you will: Drive the implementation of Dayforce modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Reporting. Partner with the implementation team to configure the system for optimal business efficiency. Challenge and evaluate design proposals to meet organizational needs. Lead data migration, user testing, and deployment processes. Ensure system configuration aligns with compliance and internal requirements. Create and update comprehensive documentation for system configuration and usage. Provide training to HR staff and internal teams for a successful system launch. Collaborate with IT and external partners to safeguard data integrity and security. Design and deliver standard reports and dashboards within Dayforce. Keep the HR Technology team informed of updates and best practices for ongoing system enhancements. What Were Looking For: Comprehensive knowledge of the Dayforce platform, including system configuration and troubleshooting. Deep understanding of HR functions such as Payroll, Talent Management, and Time & Attendance. Familiarity with compliance, data integrity, security, and privacy principles. Experience in designing custom reports and data migrations. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
