RealityMine has been a pioneer in delivering data-driven insights to the media and market research industries for over a decade. Our ViA platform provides unique and actionable data solutions to top brands and partners worldwide, empowering them to make informed, strategic decisions. We are looking for a Operations Engineer to join the operations team to provide support on our data capture systems running for our customer projects as well as internal IT systems.
These use a combination of off the shelf tools and custom applications for the purpose of online activity monitoring and analysis. These are used to provide our customers with insights into the online behaviour of opted-in market research participants. Internal IT systems are mostly SaaS based with a limited number of traditionally running servers and applications.
