The role As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering a dedicated, proactive, and comprehensive talent acquisition service to various client areas within our organisation. You will guide, advise, and support hiring managers, especially for strategic, managerial, specialist, or difficult-to-fill roles. Building effective relationships with stakeholders will be key to your success, ensuring you add value and achieve successful recruitment performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leaders, key stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver a professional and effective talent acquisition service. Take full ownership of the recruitment life cycle, focusing on delivery, accuracy, and outcomes. Forecast long-term resource requirements and support the collation of this information. Design creative advertising campaigns to enhance candidate attraction, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill roles. Ensure documentation is relevant, updated, and correctly used and stored. Foster and maintain relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and key stakeholders. Support the delivery of recruitment and selection training in partnership with the Learning and Culture team. Coach, advise, and support leaders and hiring managers on recruitment and talent requirements. Location: You'll be based at one of our main offices in Farringdon, Croydon, Isle of Wight, or Sittingbourne, Kent with the option for hybrid working as agreed with your manager. What You'll Need: Significant experience in an operational recruitment role or in-house environment. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment processes. Thorough knowledge of HR policy and current legislation. Experience with CV databases, direct sourcing, and professional social media. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Exceptional time management and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
