Customer Service Supervisor: £12.49 rising to £13 per hour.
Starting salary equivalent of £22,731.80 rising to £23,660 per year, plus overtime.
Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week
Here at Dunelm, our Customer Service Supervisors are right at the heart of our stores, driving service metrics and empowering our colleagues to provide the best service possible. They take ownership of our Made To Measure departments, possessing in-depth product knowledge and the ability to put themselves in the customer’s shoes. They also run the day-to-day operations of our stores when called upon.

What you'll be doing
* Take ownership of all aspects of customer service in your store, alongside being a role model for your teams by showing them what great service looks like.
* Taking ownership of colleague training in-store, ensuring they feel ready to provide the best service possible.
* Contribute to the recruitment and training of new colleagues and be a valued member of the managerial team being trusted with store responsibilities such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting team briefs.

* You are a motivational and inspiring individual with proven success in a supervisory position, always achieving results and maintaining high expectations.
* Confident and comfortable in a sales environment and always self-assured in exceeding targets whilst maintaining a “keep-it-simple” approach.
* Be a flexible individual able to work across the weekends and evenings.
* A respectful and committed individual who prioritises the care of their team.
* The ability to work closely with other Supervisors throughout the store, as well as the Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager.
* An effective communicator, committed to success throughout both your department and the entirety of Dunelm.
