This role is a full-time (fixed term - 12 months) hybrid position based out of our office at One Angel Square, Northampton.
We are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join our small, hard-working payroll team.
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for administering payrolls across multiple clients, including pensions payrolls, while adhering to specified deadlines and audit requirements. You will ensure that accurate information and support are provided for customer inquiries and that all statutory reporting is completed in a timely manner in line with legislative deadlines.

What Will You Be Doing?
As part of this role, you will take responsibility for the full end-to-end processing of one or more of our partner payrolls. Tasks will range from inputting data, calculating and inputting parental leave, running payroll processes, producing exception reports, conducting agreed checks, and running BACS files, payslip files, and RTI processes.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing and responding to queries from employees and various internal and external stakeholders via our HALO case management system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail who is motivated to learn and grow. Previous experience in a high-volume payroll setting is essential along with proven customer service skills. A payroll-related qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
