Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales/Account Manager (Telecom) to join our team, focused on delivering technical services to leading telecom operators and broadcasters in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services with a proven track record of sales and account management in the UK telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage strategic relationships with telecom operators and broadcasters in the UK.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the telecom sector.
* Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to align client needs with service capabilities.
* Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
* Maintain a deep understanding of client requirements and market trends to position solutions effectively.
* Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline, forecasts, and key account progress.
Requirements:
* 10–15 years of total experience in sales or account management roles.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the UK telecom market is a must.
* Demonstrated experience in selling technical/IT services to telecom operators and broadcasters.
* Prior experience working with or for IT service-based companies such as HCL, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
