This rewarding but busy role would suit someone who can stay calm under pressure in challenging situations, whilst carrying out a variety of tasks as no two days are the same. This is a part time post working 18 hours per week, evenings - 16.00-20.30. Main duties of the job You will be part of the busy reception/admin team within the Urgent Care Specialist Mental Health & Learning Disabillities Services. You will undertake a vital role in supporting the services providing all aspects of admin support including telephone duties, inbox management, appointment booking, reception cover and generic office duties. The role will include contact with patients, carers, professionals & colleagues daily. As well as being part of the reception team, you will act as a member of the wider admin function providing support and cover when required, liaising regularly with the clinical team and actioning daily admin tasks. You are required to have a high level of organisational skills and not only be able to be self-motivated but be a team player. The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work flexibly to meet demand are essential requirements of the role as well as a good customer service focus, when dealing with internal and external enquiries.
