Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Experian's Go To Market – Specialist Sales division as an experienced New Business Development Manager within the Business Information services team, focusing on opportunities across a number of important Experian Business sectors reporting to the Sales Director. (This is a remote role - field based).
The role of our Business Development Manager is to achieve revenue targets through new and existing customers and drive financial growth through new business generation within a portfolio of customers. This is an exciting role that will provide you the opportunity to shape our presence across markets and develop our Business Information and Business Data Services propositions portfolio by also identifying large cross-sell/upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
Qualifications
Along with your previous proven new business experience, your success will also be attributed to understanding and communicating how solutions can meet the needs of our Clients and being able to create and develop trusting relationships with senior contacts in target organisations. You will be joining a fantastic, supportive team where we work collectively to achieve our team and individual targets, all working towards a single sales objective of being number one in the industry.
Internally, you will also consult and partner with Account Managers, Product and Delivery teams to ensure that we win business and provide solutions that meet and exceed the needs you've uncovered in your Clients and Prospects.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Growing our existing revenue streams.
2. Identifying main contacts within existing accounts and upselling accordingly.
3. Growing new revenue by winning new logo business and new from existing Clients.
4. Lead generation and increasing our stakeholder network.
5. Exceed your monthly & annual revenue targets.
6. Increasing the Experian brand through networking.
7. Accurately record pipeline and forecast information in Salesforce CRM system.
8. Effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
