Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to focus on expanding our presence in the USA and Europe. This role involves promoting and selling Airparx’s bespoke inflatable parks, soft play structures, trampoline parks, and complete entertainment solutions to clients in these key regions. The ideal candidate will develop strong client relationships and drive significant growth in these high-priority markets. Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing FEC clients in the USA and Europe. Understand client requirements to propose bespoke and innovative solutions tailored to their market. Conduct regular client follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns. 2. Regional Business Development: Identify and target new FEC opportunities within the USA and Europe. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in these regions. Represent Airparx at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings in the USA and Europe. 3. Product Expertise: Become an expert in Airparx’s tailored entertainment solutions. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the USA and European markets. Provide in-depth product demonstrations tailored to the needs of these regions. 4. Sales Excellence: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs. 5. Customer Support and Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support for USA and European clients. Provide top-tier customer service, resolving client issues efficiently. 6. Market Insights: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the USA and Europe. Share insights on emerging trends, customer preferences, and regional demands. Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the leisure, entertainment, or recreational equipment industry. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events. Knowledge of inflatables, soft play, trampoline parks, or similar industries is a plus. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for UK travel. Benefits: Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission Potential: On Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000 or more.
