Marketing Assistant required by an award-winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow, West London. The company is dynamic, fast-paced, and team-work driven, with a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in Consumer Goods, particularly in the Fragrance, Cosmetics & Toiletries Industry in this people-focused organisation. Salary circa £26K per annum. Discretionary Bonus. Hybrid Working as appropriate.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the export team. The role involves a combination of marketing, administrative, and coordination tasks to ensure successful export activities.
Role And Responsibilities
1. Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
3. Help create and update content for marketing collateral.
4. Support the organization and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
5. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
6. Prepare and distribute promotional materials for events.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
8. Collect and analyze data to assist in developing marketing strategies.
9. Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
10. Provide administrative support; calendars, database, inventory, and finance.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
1. 1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.
2. Confident Microsoft Office skills.
3. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong commitment to quality and standards.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. The ability to prioritise own workload.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
