A key member of our team, the Student Welfare Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and support of students at {company}.
Located in Farnham, Surrey, this position requires a dedicated individual to work 18 hours per week, term-time only, with a focus on providing exceptional student welfare services.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement strategies that promote student well-being and resilience.
* To provide confidential guidance and support to students, promoting their emotional and mental health.
* To work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.
Salary: Pay scale WA6-19 to WA6-25 (£29,623 - £34,275) Actual: £12,740 - £14,741 (FTE)
