Internal Sales Supervisor required for my client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of high value capital equipment for a range of sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising a high performing team within a busy engineering spare parts and aftersales environment.


Key responsibilities of theInternal Sales Supervisor:

* Handle spare parts sales enquiries and orders.
* Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery.
* Analyse sales data by product type, customer etc.
* Assisting area sales managers to obtain orders.
* Respond to customer requests for product information.
* Prepare and issue internal contract documentation.
* Provide after-sales and customer support.
* Coaching and mentoring other members of the team.
