I am looking for a Finance Administrator that also has some prior experience dealing with pensions. The business can offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Job Description
1. Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare and submit financial reports to the management team.
3. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
4. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
5. Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline financial processes.
6. Assist in the preparation of tax documents and returns.
7. Participate in financial audits and provide necessary information.
8. Maintain up-to-date financial records and documents.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
1. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
