We have two excellent opportunities for Project Co-ordinators to join our Housing Partnerships team in the Midlands (1 x Permanent and 1 x Fixed Term 12 months).
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative, scheduling, record keeping and organisational support for Housing Partnerships Housing Refurbishment Midlands delivery teams, both office and site based.

What You'll Do:
* Minute taking records for client and Seddon team meetings project specific, report provisions, manage global email addresses and spreadsheets
* Maintaining electronic document control. For example, client Risk Hub, Propeller, R-drive completion reports from supply chains and organized file-saving, distribution to client
* Scheduling appointments for supply chain trades in an efficient route march manner, collating status data daily accurately for meetings project specific and adhering to Seddon & client appointment and no access procedures, driving and re-scheduling no access
* Organize meetings, including management of diaries and sending invitations
* Printing, distribution and binding
* Supply chain health and safety chasing, on-boarding key training, certification requirements & status reviews on gap areas
* Support Site Managers, Project Manager, Contracts Manager with site set up and any other requests
* Manage data on company systems
* Ordering stationery needed for the team & materials specific to site teams works as required
* Log all team holidays, sickness and training
