Role: Area Manager (Commercial & Infrastructure)

5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure sectors such as Rail, Highways, local councils pavement department, Utilities such as water companies, or commercial sectors such as Warehousing, Government Buildings, and Education Facilities, or geotechnical consultants .
* Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors (BSc, MSc, OND, HND, Degree, etc.)
* Knowledge of grouting in the ground, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management, and / or subsidence problems.
* Proven proactive sales experience and account management skills
* Experience using client relationship management (CRM) or other account management tools.
* Experience with virtual technology operating systems.
* A full driving licence.
* Personal financial growth motivation is a plus
Undertake online and in-person site visits as required.
* Interpret site investigation data to assist with the production of detailed treatment designs.
* Prepare pricing and quotations in accordance with company policies and KPIs.
* Negotiate contract terms
* Responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client needs are met, and driving additional business.
* Input and maintain accurate data into company systems in a timely manner.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business executives.
* Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, and communicate and seek approval for any changes.
* Act as a flexible and proactive team member.
