Job Description
Duties and Tasks of the Director of Change:
* Work closely with Boards of Trustees, Senior Leadership Teams, Headteachers, and other staff to define and deliver the group's direction whilst implementing measurable targets and plans.
* Lead, empower, and train Executive Leaders to maximize development opportunities within the group.
* Take responsibility for continuing cultural excellence within the organization and arrange meetings to ensure collaboration and implement new communication techniques.
* Manage budgets and controls within the organization and work closely with Chief Financial Officers, HR, and the Board of Trustees.
* Develop relationships with Ofsted to ensure deliverables of performance across the trust.
* Work closely with all stakeholders to report on progress and development of pupils and ensure clear directions for success.
* Manage change, risk, and respond to needs across the organization.
The Successful Applicant
Experience and skills required for the Director of Change:
* Experience in a leadership role within the education sector; Operations, Consultancy, Projects, Teaching, Transformation.
* Proven and demonstrable experience of strategic leadership change, development, and transformations.
* Excellent ability to effectively plan, monitor, and review projects whilst being sensitive to changing needs.
