Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a niche service provider in their field, to recruit a Project Administrator on a 12-15 month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of client projects. Reporting to Head of Project Management, your role as Project Administrator, will entail being responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to create workbooks, quotations, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are completed within budget and company margins. Key Responsibilities Review and mark up plans received from clients or their appointed contractors to ensure they meet client specifications (Training provided). Generate detailed workbooks outlining equipment and associated costs, adhering to agreed prices for specific clients. Issue quotations to clients where applicable. Utilising our client’s bespoke project management system, ensuring project delivery aligns with client requirements. Adhere to company ISO procedures throughout all projects. Monitor and track orders based on established timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Update workbooks due to product changes, revised plans, or site information and communicate revisions to relevant teams. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide progress updates, and address any issues or changes. Ensure high standards of Health & Safety documentation and client service are maintained. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously, combined with the ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing situations. You will be professional and positive in your approach having excellent verbal and written communication skills, being confident in dealing with clients, designers and engineers. Proficiency in Excel, Word, is essential for you to undertake your daily tasks.
