This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive introduction to customer service within financial services, and the chance to obtain a qualification alongside valuable work experience at our Edinburgh offices. You will have a dedicated study/development day each week. Your qualification will be administered through our external trainer, which is partnered with our internal training team to ensure you have the best chance of success. As a Customer Service Apprentice in Chase, you will cultivate your customer service skillset and learn customer service principles through classroom study and hands-on application. Upon conclusion of this 18-months program, you will be positioned to earn a valuable, industry-recognised qualification.
