Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships, amplifying impactful communications, and driving fundraising efforts? Studio Lutalica, a feminist and queer-led creative studio, is seeking a Strategic Comms + Partnerships Manager to join our remote team. This is a full-time (32 hours/week) role—yes, we run a 4-day work week!—offering a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on underrepresented communities.

Studio Lutalica is a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to empowering women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other underrepresented groups. Since 2020, we’ve delivered over 200 projects for clients across 12+ countries, blending creativity with lived experience to create meaningful change. Our mission is to design a world where women and LGBTQ+ people are empowered to lead and create.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This 12-month contract role, funded to test a new project, focuses on implementing a strategy to generate revenue through brand sponsorships. The goal? To create an equitable system for funded, discounted, and pro-bono work. If successful, this role could become permanent.
You’ll work closely with our growth team, driving partnerships and sponsorships to expand our impact. This is a chance to shape and deliver a strategy that aligns with our mission and values.
DETAILS
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time (32h/week)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Partnerships & Fundraising: Build relationships, create sponsorship packages, and secure financial support.
2. Communications Strategy: Develop and oversee a comprehensive strategy, ensuring alignment with our tone of voice.
3. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications and partnerships.
