We are proud to be supporting a Private Healthcare Organisation with their recruitment for a Recruitment Assessor/Interviewer to join their team on a 3-month temporary basis.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Health Services and make a difference. You will be supporting your colleagues and the organisation by sourcing candidates for 80 new Member Services Advisors. You will be responsible for conducting interviews with prospective candidates and providing constructive feedback. You will need to assess the candidates to see if they are suitable for the Member Services role, asking them probing questions about the role, their experience, and skill set. This is a full-time position that offers hybrid working; you will be based in the office 2 days per week in Salford Quays. However, for your first week, you will be fully in the office to ensure you are supported and up to speed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a similar assessor role, or a role where you have predominantly had to conduct interviews. Experience with volume recruitment and being target and KPI driven is essential. You should also be able to demonstrate empathy, work effectively and in a timely manner, be adaptable to change, and come across as professional and friendly, as the organisation wants every candidate to have a positive experience, whether they are successful or not. This role will be due to start ASAP, and before starting you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. Upon registration, please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks. This role also requires a Basic DBS check, which Hays will put into process for you.
