A great opportunity for a temporary Spanish speaking Team Assistant to join a boutique private equity firm, starting in January. The role is based in the office full-time in Mayfair, supporting up to 15 people including their team based in their Spanish offices, but from London. Previous experience with managing diaries is needed and must be fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.
This is an ongoing temporary role for the next 6-8 weeks at least. Hours are 9am-6pm, but flexibility will be required if there are earlier meetings to prepare for. Hourly rate is £15-£20/hour, depending on experience.
What you'll do:
1. Support a team of up to 15 people including the teams in Spain
2. Use Spanish language skills with employees
3. Book international travel including flights and accommodation
4. Manage diaries proactively
5. Front of house - meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, setting up VCs, etc.
6. Work in a fast-paced environment
Who you are:
1. Previous experience managing a diary
2. Fluent in Spanish - both written and verbal
3. Previously worked in private equity, financial services or professional services
4. Confident working in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Flexible and adaptable
7. Excellent written and verbal communication
