Dynamite Recruitment is working with an industry-leading fire and security company that is rapidly growing and seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team. This role requires travel to different locations, and the use of a company pool car is available.
The Role:
Your Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all new starters during their orientation period, ensuring meetings with other departments are well delivered and providing feedback for improvements.
2. Deliver basic systems training for all new starters and ongoing refreshers, ensuring best practices and ethos on system use are embedded.
3. Provide basic SharePoint training for all departments, including landing page navigation, search functionality, check-in and check-out processes, permissions, and forms.
4. Regularly review the Orientation pack delivered to new starters to ensure any changes to the business are captured.
5. Assess the IT capability of individuals during acquisitions and make recommendations to the Directorate on capability and suitability for roles.
6. Organize and deliver an acquisition training plan for all stakeholders within the relevant timeframe.
7. Flag any concerns related to specific customers prior to cutover during acquisitions.
8. Liaise with all company staff and departments to develop good internal relations and promote a positive working environment.
9. Ensure all training material is up to date and relevant.
10. Test new system functionality prior to rollout for the business as required.
11. Train the business on new functionality with the support of the Key User Team.
12. Write processes for new functionality and maintain existing processes and training guides on the system with the support of the Key User Team.
