Job Purpose:
This is a hands-on role with the aim to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities and support sales functions by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Processing sales orders and invoicing
2. Responsible for preparation of product ready for dispatch
3. Packaging and dispatch of finished product
4. Arranging couriers and dispatch of products
5. Processing of all outward mail
6. Technical support / processing repairs for customers
7. Dealing with customer enquiries over email and telephone
8. Updating customer records on the company system
9. Provide after-sales support to customers
10. Support the team with other general admin duties/roles in the office when staff absence/holidays occur and to help out during busy periods.
