Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a new opportunity for a company based in Reigate, who are looking for an individual with previous Order Processing experience to join their team.
Working as part of a small team, this is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including:
1. Responding to customer enquiries on the phone and via email
2. Processing orders
3. Invoicing
4. Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding delivery issues
5. Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager
6. Maintaining accurate customer records on SAP system
7. Monitoring of stock levels
8. Production of reports
9. Overall office administration as required
