As an OD Apprentice, you will: Support the delivery of exciting projects aligned with the OD team’s objectives. Help to plan and run corporate engagement events, including our much-loved staff awards. Draft internal comms, including the HR service newsletter and help create staff surveys. Be a friendly and proactive point of contact for OD-related enquiries. Provide admin and project support to OD managers across a variety of initiatives. Collaborate and engage with stakeholders and staff from all corners of the council. Join learning networks and taking part in career development opportunities. What we’re looking for: Passion for people, communication and engaging with staff across a large organisation. A natural organiser with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Interest in the public sector and a genuine desire to make a difference. Team player who’s approachable, curious, and ready to get stuck in. Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ or 2 A-Level passes. This role offers flexible home working blended with travel into our London Bridge HQ.
