The Role: Manage to day-to-day running of the customer experience team, leading a team of 6 customer service administrators (growing to 10) On-boarding clients, answering customer queries Be a key advocate of everything customer service, looking for new ways to improve Work to SLAs, ensure client expectations are managed confidently Provide training and support, regular 1-2-1’s, and the delivery of all team KPI’s and performance We are looking for: 5 years’ experience in customer service / customer experience Someone who has managed a small team of customer service / administrators An excellent attention to detail and a real passion for problem solving Elite communicator and motivator with great leadership skills Dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
