Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, risk management, and process improvement, with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strategic thinking, effective collaboration, and excellent written communication skills to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Collaboration
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
* Translate business needs into functional and technical designs within the ServiceNow platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful solution delivery.
Risk Management and Controls
* Identify, document, and analyze risks associated with ServiceNow implementations and related processes.
* Design and implement controls to mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
* Proven track record in business analysis, risk management, and process improvement.
* Expertise in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) and change management strategies.
* Strong understanding of risk and controls frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
* Experience working on large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and principles.
