Personal Assistant | Feltham, London | Part-Time - 3 days per week | £16-18 per hour based on experience Our client has a permanent vacancy for a part time Personal assistant to the Managing Director based at their Feltham facility (hybrid working may be considered), adjacent to London Heathrow Airport. They are a privately owned company specialising in freight forwarding, logistics management, and international shipping. They operate independently and offer outstanding services to commercial clients, private individuals, and agents across the globe. We are looking for a strong candidate with a proven track record in logistics (preferred but not essential) and that has had a similar position. Are you the right person for the job? A minimum of 2 years previous experience Discretion and confidentiality are a must You must be able and prepared to work on your own initiative What will your role look like? Performing secretarial work and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support as and when required Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls Managing the diary for the Managing Director and organising meetings and appointments (Business and Personal) Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
