What skills and experience we're looking for
Here are some examples of the personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
• Ability to communicate and engage with people both verbal and in written in a clear and concise way to senior staff within the schools and Central Team.
• Experience in a Health & Safety or Facilities Management role is preferable, but not essential
• Experience of working within a school setting would be an advantage
• ITT literate with a working ability to use key IT software to present work to a high standard
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint
The role will involve some travel to the schools within the Trust so you must be willing to travel.
We need a committed team player with excellent organisational skills - with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.

This newly created role will join our Central Team, working with the Trust Estates Manager to provide essential administrative, operational, and compliance support for the Trust’s Estates team, with responsibility for managing a range of estates, facilities, and health & safety functions.
